Cash on Delivery is available for Lebanon only in USD.

All other countries must pay by card through our secure online checkout.

Do you offer gift suitable packaging ?

Yes, all Solune watches are shipped in our signature box. If you’d like a note included, just add it at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

What is the delivery time & cost for Lebanon?

Delivery takes 3–4 working days and is free across Lebanon.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide in 7-10 working days . Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and not on sale.

Are Solune watches water-resistant?

Our watches are splash-resistant but not waterproof. Avoid full submersion or exposure to steam, hot water, or high humidity.

Do Solune watches come with a warranty?

Yes, each watch comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering movement defects and manufacturing faults.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure, or normal wear and tear.

How long will the battery last?

Japan-made batteries typically last 2–3 years depending on usage.
