Avoid contact with liquids such as perfumes, lotions, hand sanitizer, steam, hot water, and hairspray.

Regular Cleaning

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe your watch, removing fingerprints, dust, and dirt.

Regular cleaning keeps your watch looking its best and prevents buildup.

Servicing & Professional Maintenance

Battery Maintenance:

Japan-made batteries typically last 2–3 years depending on usage.

Replace the battery promptly when it stops working to prevent leakage.

Always have a professional replace the battery to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.

Movement Care:

Quartz movements require minimal upkeep.

Avoid dropping your watch, as shocks can damage internal components.

Proper Storage

Store your watch in a cool, dry place, away from extreme heat, cold, or humidity.

Keep it in the original SOLUNE watch box when not in use for added protection.

Handling & Wearing

Avoid knocking your watch against hard surfaces.

Take care during activities that may cause heavy impact.

Warranty Policy

We are confident in the quality of our watches and offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

Defects in the movement or manufacturing faults that affect the watch’s function.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accidents, drops, water exposure, or improper use.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, strap wear).

Battery replacement or damage caused during battery changes.

If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect, please email solunejewels@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
