We want you to love your Solune Jewelry pieces! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit or exchange only within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Items must be in the same condition you received them – unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.

Items on sale or gift cards are non-returnable.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

Email us at solunejewels@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Important: All refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash or card refunds.
